Business News: Fiat Dealership May be Coming Soon to Roseville Automall

The may soon get another dealership added to its lineup: Fiat.

Currently, the dealership is in the design review stage and will be up for discussion at the April 19 Roseville Design Committee meeting.

The proposed Fiat dealership would be located on Automall Drive at the eastern edge of the existing Autowest Dodge dealership, which is currently used as a car display area for Dodge.

According to Roseville Design Committee documents, the applicant, George S. Avanessian & Associates, a south San Fransisco architecture firm, is requesting construction of a 6,300-square-foot Fiat dealership. The dealership would include an indoor vehicle display area and administrative offices.

A possible second phase would include construction of an on-site service center.

The Italian company was founded in 1899 and can now be found in more than 80 countries, according to its website. This proposed Roseville Fiat dealership is one of many coming soon California locations including Orange County and Glendale.
