Business News: Roosters Men's Grooming to Open

In January, we first announced to readers that to Roseville. Now, the business is gearing up for its grand opening.

Roosters Men's Grooming Center, also known as MGC, will open Tuesday, March 20 in the Nugget Plaza at 781 Pleasant Grove Blvd., Suite 190. Roosters provides grooming services for men and boys.

Roosters MGC in Roseville is the first of this national franchise, which has more than 40 franchise locations nationwide, to open in California.  The new store owners are Toney and Megan Sebra, of Sacramento.

“We’ve both worked in corporate America and were seeking a business where we can both be involved in sales and management,” said Megan Sebra, a geologist and project manager.  “The concept of offering personalized grooming services for men especially appealed to my husband who works in the financial services industry.”

Megan Sebra also has a personal connection with Roseville as her father retired from the Roseville Police Department, where her brother still works.

Customers are invited to relax in oversized leather barber chairs and select from a variety of custom services including precision haircuts and shaves with hot steam towels, deep cleansing facial massages and moisturizing lotions. The store includes six spacious work stations, each with a semi private environment that helps to enhance each client’s experience.

Roosters Men's Grooming Center is holding a grand opening and ribbon cutting at 2 p.m. March 20 with light refreshments, prize drawings and an opportunity to experience Roosters' grooming services.
