Business News: Seafood Restaurant to Fill Former Pause Lounge

Almost a year after , a new eatery will be taking its place.

Chef David Hill, owner of The Chef's Table in Rocklin, is expected to open Hill's Kitchen at the Eureka Road location, according to The Sacramento Bee.

Hill told the Bee that the restaurant would feature a menu of seafood and meat and may open this June.

"It's going to be a sustainable seafood and chop house," Hill told the Bee. "We're going to bring in fresh seafood from various sources and have it as the marquee item."

If The Chef's Table success is any indication of what's to come, it may be a popular addition to Roseville's dining scene. One Yelp commenter said The Chef's Table is one of his favorite restaurants. "Brace yourselves for what I deem the best restaurant in the Roseville/Rocklin area," he wrote.
