Tea Time — Downtown Roseville is holding its annual Valentine's Day High Tea at . Tea time includes food, romantic music, favors and more. This year, there are three sittings on the 14th: noon, 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Cost is $27.95 for adults and $24.95 for children 11 years old and younger.
