Local Police, Fire Conduct Training
Local law enforcement will be conducting emergency preparedness training today in Roseville.

If you happen to be near and see some unusual activity and hear unusual noises, don't be alarmed. An emergency preparedness exercise will be conducted today, Nov. 2, at the medical center.
The training involves Roseville Police and Fire Departments, Rocklin Police Department and the Placer County Sheriff's Office.

People in the area of the hospital may see SWAT team operations and hear unusual noises, but it is only a training exercise. This is one of the activities we conduct periodically, in partnership with area hospitals and other emergency responders, to ensure our readiness to respond effectively together to real emergencies.
