• CHP, Roseville police issue Silver Alert for man missing since Christmas Eve (sacbee.com) — Authorities have issued a Silver Alert for 65-year-old Charles Young, last seen in Roseville near Firestone Drive and Pebble Beach Court around 7 p.m. on Christmas Eve. He may be driving a tan 2000 Chevrolet Silverado with California plate 6B50875. Residents in Placer, Sacramento, and El Dorado counties are urged to call 911 with any sightings.
   

• Body of Roseville man who went missing found in Folsom's Lake Natoma, family says (sacbee.com) — A 38-year-old Roseville man who went missing after biking near Lake Natoma was found dead in the water Monday, according to his family. His belongings, including his bike and phone, were discovered along the American River Bike Trail, prompting a multi-agency search. Officials have not yet formally confirmed his identity or cause of death.
