Microphones for Gold Fundraiser – is holding a Gold Gals fundraiser from 4-8 p.m. today and tomorrow, Nov. 2 to raise money for new microphones. Here’s how it works: Go through your jewelry drawer and grab any gold items you don’t want – new, old, used, broken – put them in a ziplock bag with your full name on it. Bring it with you to the theater, 241 Vernon St., and see how much its worth. You get the money and the theater group works with Gold Gals and gets 15 percent of proceeds from all the gold purchased that day. For more information on Gold Gals, visit their website here.
