Oct. 11: End Compulsive Eating, Farmers Market

If you’re looking for something to do today, we have a few ideas. This morning you can head to the farmers market and enjoy the sunshine. Tonight, there’s a free workshop that will tackle how to overcome your overeating.

End Compulsive Eating – If you think you’re a binge or compulsive eater, there’s a free workshop tonight that might help you out. Through a one-hour workshop, a local licensed therapist/counselor will give you effective tools to put a stop to your overeating. The free workshop runs from 6-7 p.m. today at Kim McLaughlin, LMFT, 411 Oak St. in Roseville. Space is limited and an RSVP is required by calling 916-847-8053 or e-mailing kmclaughlintherapy@yahoo.com.

Weather Forecast – We’ll get some sunshine today in Roseville following yesterday’s rain. According to the National Weather Service, it’s expected to be partly sunny with a high near 75 degrees today. We’ll see some patchy fog after 11 p.m. and a low around 52 degrees.
