The goal is to spay or neuter 1,000 cats in that zip code in one year, according to the Placer SPCA. They will be doing this thanks to a grant from PetSmart Charities. Dine Out for Farms Week – All week, will take part in . This weeklong event is designed to educate diners about the importance of farms and raise funds to save farmland through American Farmland. Dine Out for Farms runs through Oct. 22.
