Some shaved in the name of a family member who was diagnosed with cancer. Others shaved in remembrance of someone who lost their battle to cancer. And others shaved simply in support of people all over the world fighting cancer.
Whatever their reason, many came together and took the stage to have their heads shaved at the .
The event was hosted by the and as of Saturday around 1 p.m., almost $100,000 had been raised locally.
