Update: Possible Bomb Threat at Walmart on Pleasant Grove Blvd, Store Back Open

A male called in a bomb threat at 1:06 p.m. today. The store was evacuated and is now back open.

Walmart on Pleasant Grove Boulevard in Roseville was evacuated Thursday because of a possible bomb threat.

A male called in a bomb threat at 1:06 p.m. Thursday, May 24, according to Dee Dee Gunther with the Roseville Police Department. Gunther said the caller did not specify where the bomb was located within the store.

The store manager initiated an evacuation and Roseville Police searched the interior and parking lot. Gunther said it took about an hour to search and nothing suspicious was found. The Walmart is back open.

Gunther said this was the third bomb threat at Walmart since April 1.
