This September marks the 10-year anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attack and Roseville Patch wants to hear your stories.
Where were you? What were the emotions you felt throughout that day and every day after?
I remember where I was. I was in high school at the time, getting ready for school. When I came downtstairs, my parents had the news on, glued to the TV. Very uncharacteristic of them for a weekday morning. We watched as newscasts replayed heartbreaking images.

That day in school, every teacher addressed what had happened - most had the TV set to news reports as events unfolded. We watched replays of the towers crumbling. It was surreal.
But what we want to know are all of your stories, whether you have a connection to New York City, the World Trade Center, the Pentagon or any other aspect of the day's events, or joined the military after Sept. 11.
