Cooler August – It was a mild August, at least compared to the last few years, according to a Sacramento Bee article that reports that there were no 100-degree days in August in Sacramento. This was the first time August temperatures did not reach the triple digits since 2006, the Bee reports. But don’t let out a sigh of relief just yet – September is here and in Sacramento, that means the heat still lingers. In Roseville this weekend, temperatures are expected to reach the high 90s or even creep into the triple digits for Labor Day weekend, according to The Weather Channel.
