Also, today at Nugget Market in Roseville, you can mingle with social media savvy business people at the Placer Business Tweetup.
Shop For a Cause – Help a teacher out by shopping at in Roseville today. When you shop at the market today only, five percent of net sales will go to the students and teachers through the Roseville City School District Foundation.
Last year, $3,700 was raised from this event, which helped went toward school programs, activities and technology. Tell your friends about this one – it’s a win-win.

Mosquito Spraying – While most of us were still asleep or just waking to our alarms this morning, the Placer Vector Control District was hard at work spraying areas of western Placer County with treatment for mosquito and West Nile virus activity. Spraying began at 3:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. in Roseville between Fiddyment Road and Woodcreek Oaks Boulevard and south of Blue Oaks Boulevard to Pleasant Grove Boulevard.
