It’s all about food today in Roseville: a sushi-making course, a farmers market and proof that chicken noodle soup is good for the soul.

Sushiology – Learn to make -style sushi in your own kitchen through the restaurant’s Sushiology classes. Sushiology 1A starts tonight at 6:30 p.m. and there are still a few seats left. You’ll learn hands-on techniques from Mikuni sushi chefs, get to sample appetizers, beer and sake tasting, make your own sushi and take it home. All you have to bring is an appetite. Market Fresh – Even though this market is year-round, it’s still a great time to visit the farmers market at at the Fountains at Roseville. You can pick up farm-fresh and seasonal fruits, veggies and local products. The market runs every Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
