According to ABC Smart Cookie's website, you can spot Girl Scouts selling cookies at varying times at on Foothills Boulevard, on Fairway Drive, on Woodcreek Oaks Boulevard, on Foothills Boulevard, a couple of Starbucks locations and other spots around Roseville.
