2 Found Dead In Parked Car In San Diego County
"Due to the suspicious nature of the incident, the sheriff's homicide unit responded to the scene and took over the investigation."
BONITA, CA — Two people were found dead inside a parked car Tuesday in southern San Diego County, authorities said.
Deputies responded to a report of an unresponsive person inside a sedan at 11:12 a.m. in the area of Orchard Hill Road and Cresta Verde Lane in Bonita, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Office. Two people were found dead inside the vehicle.
"Due to the suspicious nature of the incident, the sheriff's homicide unit responded to the scene and took over the investigation," Lt. Michael Krugh said.

The cause and manner of their deaths will be determined by the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office. No other information was immediately released.
