2. Just like people, owls like to live in neighborhoods. They like to live where other owls live. So, scientists have worked out a few ways for owls to feel right at home. 3. If you have someone special in your life, you will want to make your reservations for Valentine's Day. 4. Love to cook? Want to sell your dinners to the public from your home? Now San Diego County residents can do just that! The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted to allow microenterprise home kitchen operation, or "MEHKOs,'' to operate for a two-year period.
