The credit union will recognize southern California students who are motivated to do well at school and who are active in their schools and communities. - Love to cook? Want to sell your dinners to the public from your home? Now San Diego County residents can do just that! The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted to allow microenterprise home kitchen operation, or "MEHKOs,'' to operate for a two-year period.
