Aranza is believed to be with suspect and mother, Esmeralda Lynn Lopez, a 21-year-old Hispanic female. She is described as 5 feet tall, weighing 138 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Vancouver Police said Aranza was living in a foster care home after being taken from her mother last year. Authorities said that based "on the history of the mother" they "have reason to fear for the safety of the child."
