SAN DIEGO, CA — A 51-year-old man riding a bike was seriously injured when he veered into the path of a truck on the transition ramp to Montezuma Road in Talmadge, the San Diego Police Department said Friday.

The bike rider's collision with a 2022 Ford F-250 happened at 5:31 p.m. Thursday, a SDPD statement said.

The bicyclist veered to the right into the path of a 27-year-old man driving the truck, the police statement said.
