Brush Fire Closes Interstate Ramp In San Diego
"Please use caution when driving in the area," the San Diego Fire Department said in a social media post.

SAN DIEGO, CA — A brush fire closed an interstate ramp mid-day Monday in San Diego, according to authorities.
The one-acre blaze was reported around 11:20 a.m. near Interstate 805 and 43rd Street, authorities said. Crews on the ground stopped the fire with the aid of two helicopters.
The ramp from northbound I-805 to westbound 43rd Street was closed but no structures were damaged and no one was injured, according to authorities.

"Please use caution when driving in the area," the San Diego Fire Department said around 12:15 p.m. in a social media post.
A total of 42 personnel were assigned to the incident and the department received assistance from agencies in Poway, Chula Vista and National City.
