This year, Vistal is offering a savory four-course meal priced at $167.30 per person with an optional wine pairing available for $55. Begin the night with an Amuse featuring Kaluga Reserve Caviar, crème fraiche, chives, blini and sea salt potato chips. Dive into the first course with a choice of the Yellowfin Tuna Tartare, Spiny Lobster Ravioli or Apple Salad. Savor the second course with a choice of the Double R Signature Filet Mignon, Maple leaf Duck Duo or U12 Diver Scallops. Save room for dessert and treat yourself to Chocolate Rocher made with praline mousse, hazelnuts, grand marnier chocolate sauce or The Raspberry raspberry mousse, meringue, white chocolate crème anglaise.
