
Garibaldi, the rooftop coastal Mediterranean restaurant at InterContinental San Diego, continues its monthly culinary tour of the Mediterranean with a special Spain Dinner from Thursday, January 22 through Sunday, January 25. Executive Chef Franck Tasic presents a four-course prix fixe menu celebrating the flavors of Spain, featuring dishes like Gilda skewers, Pulpo a la Gallega, Tortilla Española with black truffle aioli, bacalao croquetas, rockfish “Pescado a la Sal,” and Iberico pork chop, plus Orange & Saffron Crema Catalana for dessert, with an optional regional wine pairing available.
The Spain Dinner is $65 per person, with wine pairings for $35 per person, and is offered alongside Garibaldi’s full dinner menu. Reservations available on OpenTable.
