Fire Damages Home In Dulzura

DULZURA, CA — Fire damaged a single-story home in the unincorporated area of Dulzura earlier Sunday, authorities said.

Crews were dispatched around 6:40 a.m. Sunday to a residential blaze off Highway 94, according to Cal Fire.

At around 8:30 a.m., officials said crews were making progress, and the fire was knocked down shortly afterward.

Firefighters remained on scene for a few hours to extinguish hot spots.

No evacuations or injuries were reported.
