LSPACE Opens First San Diego Store

The women's swim and apparel brand opened its newest brick-and-mortar storefront at Westfield UTC.

SAN DIEGO, CA — LSPACE is expanding its California footprint with its first San Diego store.

The women's swim and apparel brand opened its newest brick-and-mortar storefront Thursday at Westfield UTC.

"San Diego was the ideal choice for our newest storefront thanks to its lively atmosphere, picturesque setting, and strong community spirit," Alissa Bristow, vice president of creative + design for LSPACE, told Patch. "It embodies the effortless, beach-inspired lifestyle at the heart of LSPACE. Opening our doors at UTC marks an exciting new chapter, and we're thrilled to join the San Diego community and celebrate together."

Since 1999, the brand has designed swimwear, apparel, activewear and accessories that blend coastal laid-back ease with a polished, trend-forward edge. The San Diego store was opened following the success of the company's flagship store at Fashion Island in Newport Beach.

The store will host a grand opening celebration from noon to 4 p.m. on April 5. The event will feature giveaways and an inside look at the brand's latest collections. The first 20 guests in line will receive a gift card, according to the company.

The Westfield UTC location will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sundays at 4525 La Jolla Village Drive, Suite D-28.
