Man Shot In Head During Fight Between 2 Groups In San Diego
The suspect and two to three others left the area in a black four-door sedan, police said.
SAN DIEGO, CA — A man was shot in the head during an argument between two groups of people in a San Diego neighborhood, authorities said.
Two groups were arguing around 4:28 p.m. Sunday at the Henderson Sports Complex in the 1000 block of South 45th Street in the Mountain View neighborhood, according to the San Diego Police Department. Someone drew a gun and fired several times toward the victim and his group.
The 37-year-old man was taken to a hospital with injuries not considered to be life-threatening, Officer John Buttle said.

The suspect was described as a 20-year-old man with brown hair and brown eyes, Buttle said. He was wearing a white tank top, yellow and black shorts, and a baseball cap.
Buttle said the suspect and two to three others left the area in a black four-door sedan.

Detectives were investigating the shooting.
