Motorcyclist Who Died In Vista Traffic Crash ID'd

Paramedics took him to Tri-City Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.

VISTA, CA — Authorities have publicly identified a 19-year-old man who died last week in a motorcycle crash in Vista.

Christopher Hendrickson of Vista was fatally injured about 1 p.m. Thursday when his Suzuki two-wheeler collided with a Subaru hatchback in the 2000 block of Hacienda Drive, just south of state Route 78 and east of College Boulevard, according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office.

Paramedics took him to Tri-City Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.

The driver of the car suffered no injuries in the crash, sheriff's Sgt. Eric Cottrell said.
