San Diego Woman Arrested In Fatal Stabbing At Escondido Transit Center
Kandilaria Freeman, 33, of San Diego was booked into Vista Detention Facility on suspicion of murder, police said.

ESCONDIDO, CA — A San Diego woman was arrested in connection with a fatal stabbing at Escondido Transit Center, authorities said.
Officers responded to a report of a man down and bleeding around 8 a.m. Saturday at 700 West Valley Parkway, according to the Escondido Police Department.
"Officers arrived on the scene in less than five minutes and began immediate first aid on the adult male victim," police Lt. Ryan Hicks said.

The man was taken to Palomar Medical Center, where he later died, Hicks said.
Later that morning, detectives arrested Kandilaria Freeman, 33, of San Diego in connection with the fatal stabbing. She was booked into Vista Detention Facility on suspicion of murder and placed on a no-bail hold for a probation violation, Hicks said.
