SD Mesa College Hosting Jumpstart Event for Prospective Students

SAN DIEGO -- Mesa College is hosting Jumpstart Your Success for prospective students from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday, March 11.

High school, middle school, Continuing Ed Students, community members, anyone and everyone that is a prospective student is encouraged to join by signing up with the Prospective Student Registration Form.

Prospective students who participate in Jumpstart will gain an inside experience of what Mesa offers, why they should choose Mesa College, and the impact that choosing Mesa will have on their academic goals.

They will have access to in-depth assistance with financial aid applications, gain information on the San Diego Promise Free Tuition Program, student- and staff-directed workshops to ease their transition, and a free lunch. This year a family track has been added, which is specifically designed to support family members with the transition to college.

There will also be free food and opportunity drawings. Prizes include a $250 Mesa College scholarship.
