Snip! 6th Annual Back-To-School Haircut Event, Saturday At El Cajon's CA Barber & Beauty College

Get ready for school and shed those summer locks at the 6th annual Back-to-School Haircut Drive on Saturday, Aug. 13 at California Barber & Beauty College in El Cajon.

The event is from 10 a.m. to 1 pm. at 5315 El Cajon Boulevard and will provide free haircuts to all kids 18 & under, along with free school supplies, free food, and tickets to local attractions.

With the 2021-22 school year beginning, organizers of the Larry Himmel Neighborhood Foundation and the California Barber & Beauty College have once again partnered up for the event.

For many parents, kids returning to school can be a major financial burden. By providing free haircuts, school supplies, and much more, the goal is for the kids to start the year feeling and looking good!

This year’s event is sponsored by Cox Communications and is sure to be fun for all who attend.
