The program guides visitors to nearly 30 craft breweries, microbreweries, wine-tasting rooms, craft coffee stops, tea shops, distilleries and more.

“Oceanside’s authentic spirit and ingenuity has expanded into the craft beverage scene, and we want to give visitors an easy way to discover all the unique and notable places where they can enjoy a handmade beverage,” said Tanner Yates of Visit Oceanside.

Designed as a passport program, O’side Sips is free and web-based, with no need to download an app. Participants can scroll through a list of participating venues, plot their beverage routes on a map, access exclusive discounts and accumulate rewards points for checking in at O’side Sips locations.

Reward points can be redeemed at the California Welcome Center Oceanside for prizes such as travel tumblers, car coasters and patches.

For beer and other alcohol, outlets include Bottlecraft Oceanside, Municipal Taco & Mezcal, Craft Coast Beer & Tacos, the Orfila Vineyards Tasting Room & Kitchen and Pacific Coast Spirits. For coffee and tea, try North County Roastery, Panels Comic Book Coffee Bar, Pier View Coffee, Bliss Tea and Treats and Living Tea Kombucha.

“We are excited to have a large number of our Oceanside locations featured and expect to add many more as the program grows,” Yates said.

The O’side Sips locations are laid out primarily along Oceanside’s three-mile Coast Highway corridor – particularly around Mission Avenue – with many stops within walking distance.

Participants also are encouraged to join in by using the hashtag #OsideSips and tagging @VisitOceanside when posting on social media.
