Veterans Cruise Free With City Cruises On Veterans Day In San Diego
City Cruises will welcome veterans aboard the company's "Best of the Bay" sightseeing cruise for free.

SAN DIEGO, CA — Veterans can cruise San Diego Bay for free with City Cruises this Veterans Day.
City Cruises will welcome veterans aboard the company's "Best of the Bay" sightseeing cruise at no cost. This 1.5-hour cruise showcases scenic views of the San Diego Bay, including Cabrillo National Monument, Coronado Island, Point Loma and Seaport Village.
"As we serve San Diego, a city long known for its ties to our Armed Forces, City Cruises is proud to offer its Best of the Bay Harbor Tour to our hometown heroes for free this coming Veterans Day," Karyn Carreon, regional director of marketing for Southern California City Cruises, told Patch. "The cruise takes those aboard on a sightseeing tour of the San Diego Bay, a celebration of those who served in a uniquely City Cruises way."

The Best of the Bay harbor tour runs twice on Veteran Day, Nov. 11, from 1:45-3:15 p.m. and from 3:30-5 p.m. The cruise leaves from Pier 2 at 970 North Harbor Drive in San Diego.
Veterans must show their military ID, veterans card, or a DD214 ID at the ticket booth for a free ticket. Additional guests can purchase a ticket on City Cruises website.
