• City Council District 7's RV-to-Home project will expand citywide after it housed nearly 300 people (dailynews.com) — Los Angeles is expanding a San Fernando Valley–born “RV‑to‑Home” program citywide after it helped nearly 300 people move out of RVs and into housing, including residents near San Fernando Road and Pacoima. The initiative, led by Councilmember Monica Rodriguez, offers repairs, storage and housing incentives in exchange for relinquishing RVs, and could reshape how vehicular homelessness is addressed around the Northeast Valley.
