Baby's Death At SF Hospital Deemed Suspicious; Detectives Investigating
The baby's death was ruled a homicide, according to a report by the San Francisco Chronicle.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA —Police say they're investigating the "suspicious" death of a baby at a San Francisco hospital.
The infant was brought into the hospital the morning of Sept. 12, the San Francisco Police Department said.
Officers were called into the hospital the following day to meet with staff members in what police cryptically called "a suspicious occurrence" involving the baby. The baby died from their injuries on Nov. 3, police said.

Due to the nature of the death, homicide detectives are leading the investigation, police said. The San Francisco Chronicle reported that the medical examiner has ruled the child's death a homicide
It's unclear what kind of injuries the baby had when they were taken to the hospital or if any arrests had been made.
