SAN FRANCISCO, CA — As we head into the new week, we've rounded up the stories you may have missed Saturday and Sunday to prepare you for Monday.

But before we jump into Northern California's top stories, residents should expect sunny skies yet dangerous beach conditions along the Pacific Coast this week, according to the National Weather Service.

"High and dry pattern with offshore flow and cold overnight conditions," NWS San Francisco forecasters wrote Sunday. "Hazardous beach conditions at all Pacific Coast beaches continue throughout the week."

In other news, 30 people were displaced by an apartment complex fire; a suspect was arrested in multiple stabbings; several "unkempt" dogs were abandoned across a Bay Area city; and another earthquake struck the region.

Also, protesters gathered across the Bay Area over the weekend to rally against the shootings of unarmed civilians, including the killing of a woman in Minneapolis, by federal officers.
