SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Gott’s Roadside has a new concept coming soon to San Francisco’s iconic Ferry Building Marketplace opening in Spring 2025, Gott’s Cookie Counter. Located next to Gott’s Soft Serve Counter, it features a cookie counter and seating area, designed with Gott’s signature red paneling, white subway tile, and stainless-steel counters.

The concept will focus on America’s favorite, the chocolate chip cookie, made with Giusto’s premium gourmet flour and two kinds of Guittard chocolate—all baked fresh daily, on-site– with other cookie flavors in development.

“Our vision for this new concept was simple: we wanted to create a space dedicated to the good, old-fashioned enjoyment of freshly baked cookies,” said Joel Gott, founder of Gott’s Roadside.

“The Ferry Building was the obvious choice for this launch, as an iconic culinary destination for food lovers, we couldn’t imagine a better spot to introduce our cookies to the community.”
The cookie counter is anticipated to launch in April 2025 and an official opening date to be announced. For more information, visit gotts.com.
