Well-known fundraising professional Stephanie Little Ladeira is joining Muttville as Chief Development Officer, a new role.

Muttville Senior Dog Rescue, the beloved San Francisco animal rescue organization, has announced that well-known fundraising professional Stephanie Little Ladeira is joining Muttville as Chief Development Officer, a new role at the organization.

As Muttville’s Chief Development Officer, Stephanie will oversee a team of six development professionals, and looks forward to working with Muttville’s stellar board of directors and development committee members. Because she is joining Muttville as its "Forever Home" Building Campaign is in the final stretch, the team will be focusing on strengthening major, legacy and monthly giving programs to ensure Muttville will expand and better serve the entire community. “I have been a fan of Muttville since its early years,” says Stephanie. “I love the mission, and I love the way Muttville saved dogs and brings joy to humans, and that Muttville has challenged the status quo and inspires organizations across the country to value the lives of senior animals.”
Prior to joining Muttville, Stephanie served for 16+ years on the executive leadership team at Humane Society Silicon Valley (HSSV) where she oversaw the remarkable growth of their fundraising operation, completing a $25M building campaign, HSSV's first ever $55M comprehensive campaign and a $60M Legacy Giving campaign. Stephanie earned a BS from University of South Carolina. She has served on boards for smaller animal welfare nonprofits and has been volunteer fundraising advisor to several other animal welfare groups, including Muttville.
