Saint Francis/St. Mary’s Welcomes New Surgeon and Adds Specialty

Saint Francis/St. Mary's has expanded its practice to include a new specialty – minimally invasive and robotic gynecological surgery.

From the Dignity Health Medical Group: Dignity Health Medical Group – Saint Francis/St. Mary’s has expanded its practice to include a new specialty – minimally invasive and robotic gynecological surgery – and welcomes surgeon Mona Orady, MD, FACOG.

Dr. Orady received her medical degree from University of Western Ontario. She completed her internship and residency at the Ohio State University Medical Center. Dr. Orady is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, and trained in the full spectrum of minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, da Vinci robotic surgery, and mini-laparoscopy.

She speaks Arabic, and her special clinical interests include menstrual disorders, fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, pediatric gynecology, post-menopausal bleeding, and advanced gynecologic surgery.

Dr. Orady joins Dr. Robert Murray and Dr. Eugene Groeger (general and vascular surgery), Dr. James Lesher and Dr. Cerine Jeanty (general and laparoscopic surgery), Dr. Layli Jamali (infectious disease), Dr. Stephanie Oltmann (family medicine), Dr. Pedro Aceves-Casillas and Dr. Kris Kealey (internal medicine) at the 2250 Hayes Street clinic, Suite 302 in San Francisco.

Dr. Orady will be practicing medicine at both Dignity Health San Francisco Hospitals: Saint Francis Memorial Hospital and St. Mary’s Medical Center.
