San Francisco Airport Could Have Sex Shop
The Oakland owner of the sex shop said it's perfect for passengers who have time to kill.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- We've all experienced the inconvenience of going on a trip to find out you forgot to pack an essential. Maybe it was your favorite shirt, a jacket or the shampoo. Now, an Oakland business owner wants to help passengers who may have forgotten items such as lubricants and vibrators.
Nenna Joiner, owner of Feelmore Adult Gallery, is proposing to open a sex shop at the San Francisco International Airport. She told the San Francisco Chronicle the business would be ideal for passengers looking to kill "three or four hours" of time.
“You’re going to need something," Joiner told the Chronicle. "Not just a power cord – not just a sandwich. You’re going to need a vibrator, a condom, lubricant.”

THe airport is currently looking for businesses for Terminal 3. It plans to announce the finalists on March 20, the Chronicle reported.
But, Joiner faces one major obstacle. Businesses need to prove an annual revenue of at least $250,000, which she hasn't hit. She asked commissioners to lower that minimum to $150,000 so she can open shop at the airport.

Joiner said if she's selected to open her business at the airport, which sees millions of passengers each year, she'll ensure people won't be offended.
"We have already started to work to make sure that people wouldn't be offended, through high-end vibrators that don't look like vibrators, and that don't have disparaging detail on the boxes," Joiner told the Chronicle.
