Convicted Marin Child Molester Gets 45 To Life: Report

MARIN COUNTY, CA — A San Rafael man convicted of child molestation was sentenced to 45 years to life in prison earlier this month, The Marin Independent Journal reports.

A Marin jury in March convicted 44-year-old Javier Jesus Naalmay on nine counts in connection with a case involving a victim who was preschool-aged when the incidents that occurred from 2007 to 2010 started, according to the report.

Marin County Superior Court Judge Geoffrey Howard issued the sentence June 2, according to the report.
