Fairfax Council Adopts Two Ordinances
The ordinances were approved at the Town Council's regularly scheduled Sept. 1 meeting.
FAIRFAX, CA — The Fairfax Town Council adopted two new ordinances at its Sept. 1 meeting.
The council approved an ordinance establishing paid sick leave for all Fairfax employers with 25 or fewer employees for COVID-19-related reasons through Sept. 30.
The end date bridges the gap until when a Federal Program goes into effect.
