Welfare Check: Dogs were barking all night on Frustruck Avenue, which is unusual.

Suspicious Vehicle: There was an occupied suspicious car parked in front of Willow Avenue at 9 a.m.

Vehicle Impound: A car was booted for outstanding parking tickets on Taylor Drive.

Disturbance: There was a walk-in report of six to eight subjects involved in a fistfight at the post office at 5:59 p.m. It was unfounded.

Lost/Stolen: A resident left a duffel bag, containing school supplies, on a bench at the Parkade. When he returned a few minutes later, it was gone.

Driving without a License: A subject was cited for driving without a valid license at Dominga Avenue and Creek Road at 9:55 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 4

Theft: A cab driver reported that three customers ran off without paying at Nave's at 12:19 a.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: There were two very young children walking east-bound on Center Boulevard at 10:59 a.m. with no adults around.

Driving Under the Influence: A DUI driver was reported at 1:53 p.m. They were pulled over at the Fairfax Market.

Theft: A resident came into the police department to report a theft on Madrone Road.

Town Code Violation: Kids were heard behind the Pavilion making a lot of noise at 7:42 p.m. Beer can tabs could also be heard being pulled.

Insanity Case: A subject was taken into protective custody and transported to Marin General on 8:44 p.m.
