Disturbance: Two subjects in front of Peri's were trying to start a fight at 12:36 a.m. Officers determined the report was unfounded.
Noise: There was a loud party on San Gabriel Drive at 2:04 a.m. There were kids screaming in the street and when the resident told them to be quiet a juvenile screamed that he would kill her.

Sleeper: There was someone sleeping at Marinda Drive and Archangel Court at 2:54 a.m.

Burglary: An employee came into The Beauty Bar on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 9:50 a.m. and found the door off the hinges. She hadn't checked the rest of the building, but she doesn't think anyone is there.
Stolen Car: A resident reported a neighbor's car stolen on Manor Road at 10:05 a.m. Someone had broken into the neighbor's pump house and left several pieces of equipment behind.
Suspicious Circumstances: A resident reported that a woman with whom he had had work-related problems in the past swerved at him in the School Street parking lot.
Suspicious Person: A man was sitting on a bench on Broadway Avenue yelling at people at 12:28 p.m.
Disturbance: There was a verbal dispute at the Fairfax Theater at 9:56 p.m.
Juvenile Problem: Juveniles were loitering at the bridge on Bridge Court at 10:37 p.m.

Public Intoxication: There was an intoxicated man stumbling down Park Road at 12:01 a.m.
Suspicious Vehicle: An officer initiated activity with a suspicious car on Glen Drive at 1 a.m.
Suspicious Person: There was a subject standing in front of the Coffee Roastery harassing customers at 9:48 a.m. The owners don't want him playing guitar and panhandling.
Disturbance: A resident reported that the man who had previously been in front of the Coffee Roastery was at the Parkade at 10:14 a.m. screaming and people and venting his anger regarding the earlier incident.
Unwanted Subject: A subject who had been previously warned to stay off the Good Earth property was sitting on a bench in front of it at 11:12 a.m.
Town Code Violation: A subject was cited for possession of an open container of alcohol at the end of Pacheco Road at 2:59 p.m.
Town Code Violation: A subject was cited for possession of an open container of alcohol at Fairfax Park at 3:31 p.m.
Suspicious Circumstances: There was an anonymous report of a juvenile in the bushes outside of Pancho Villa's who was possibly intoxicated at 6:09 p.m. Contact was made with the subject, who is from Novato, but there was no merit to him being intoxicated.
Disturbance: A woman reported that her boyfriend was going crazy and tried to hit her on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard. She said he pulled a gun on her at 9:33 p.m.
