Fairfax Police: Possible Drug Operation, Pedestrian Hit, Subject Trying to Kick In Door

Sunday, July 24

Juveniles: A 13-year-old was very upset on Cascade Drive at 1:10 a.m.

Noise: There was loud noise on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 3:14 a.m.

Noise: There was loud music for close to an hour at Deer Park Villa at 3:55 p.m.

Disturbance: A resident had a verbal altercation with his girlfriend, who said he is intoxicated, on Deuce Court at 7:26 p.m.

Noise: There was a loud stereo on Arroyo Road at 8:19 p.m. Ongoing issue.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident wanted advice about a missing cat.

Disturbance: There was a verbal disturbance at Bolinas and Creek Roads at 10:10 p.m.

Suspicious Vehicle: An officer initiated activity with a van in the parking lot of the library at 10:26 p.m.

Advice: A resident wanted advice about a possible drug operation next door to her house.

Saturday, July 23

Public Intoxication: An officer initiated activity on Broadway Avenue at 1:03 a.m. and an arrest was made.

Citizen Assist: A subject who had been kicked out of the Gestalt Haus returned to the premises window and harassed a subject at 1:14 a.m.

Welfare Check: A resident came into the police department at 1:22 a.m. and said he wanted to go to the hospital so he didn’t hurt himself or others.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident’s neighbor was screaming on Scenic Road at 2:35 a.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: A resident’s neighbors were on vacation and there should have been a housesitter on Meernaa Avenue, but the dogs had been barking for over an hour at 2:46 a.m.

Disturbance: A subject was attempting to kick the door in at 19 Broadway at 3:05 a.m. An arrest was made.

Warrant Criminal: A warrant arrest was made on Cascade Drive at 8:06 a.m.

Accident – Major Injury: A pedestrian was injured in the road at Taylor Drive and Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 5:05 p.m.

Suspicious Circumstances: A subject came in to Iron Springs and said he was being followed and asked them to call the police at 10:29 p.m.

Welfare Check: A resident requested a welfare check on his wife at the Robinhood Manor Apartments at 10:34 p.m. There was a verbal altercation the night before and he left with his children while she was sleeping. He hasn’t heard from her since.

Friday, July 22

Public Intoxication: A subject was on the ground at Broadway and Center Avenues at 12:41 a.m. and an arrest was made.

Barking Dog: A dog was barking for an hour on Scenic Road at 3 a.m.

Noise: Subjects were loitering and speaking loudly on Bridge Court at 3:01 a.m.

Suspicious Vehicle: An officer initiated activity at the Pavilion at 3:32 a.m.

Town Code Violation: A subject was out with a tent in the ballfield at 3:34 a.m.

Harassing Phone Calls: A resident received a threatening message.

Unwanted Subject: There was an unwanted subject in front of Bank of America at 9:02 a.m.

Noise: A resident’s neighbors honk their horn on Willow Avenue to indicate they’re almost home.

Noise: A subject at the carwash had subwoofers too loud.

Welfare Check: The property manager of the Robinhood Manor Apartments reported two children had been locked out of their unit by their parents, who were pushing and shoving, at 6:15 p.m. and had been told not to come back inside until 8 p.m.

Prowler: A resident saw a man walking from the rear of her property to the front on Sequoia Road at 8:03 p.m. and there was another subject standing across the street.

Disturbance: A resident’s sister and mother were arguing at the Robinhood Manor Apartments at 10:54 p.m.

Disturbance: There was a verbal altercation at Nave’s at 11:58 p.m.
