Fairfax Town Council, Planning Commission Ready For Joint Meeting
The Town Council and Planning Commission will discus the Housing Element Update at Wednesday night's meeting.
FAIRFAX, CA — The Fairfax Town Council and Planning Commission will meet jointly next week for a continued discussion on the progress of the Housing Element Update.
The meeting, which will be held Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., will include a summary of feedback from previous meetings with the Planning Commission, Affordable Housing Committee, the Racial and Social Justice Committee, and other key groups regarding potential sites, town officials said.
An update will also be provided on outreach and engagement efforts as well as progress on the Safety Element.

“This meeting will be an important source of Council and public feedback on moving forward with identifying potential sites to accommodate the 6th cycle update’s RHNA number of 490 units in a way that leverages opportunities and meets community desires,” town officials said in a statement.
“We encourage all to attend.”
