Marin Woman Gets 4 Years In Shooting Probe: Report
Daisy Elizabeth Rodriguez pleaded guilty earlier this year to being an accessory in an attempted murder case, according to the report.
SAN RAFAEL, CA — A 24-year-old San Rafael woman who earlier this year pleaded guilty to being an accessory in an attempted murder case was sentenced to four years in prison, The Marin Independent Journal reports.
Daisy Elizabeth Rodriguez, was initially charged with attempted murder in connection with the Jan. 23 shooting in the city’s Canal neighborhood that left the 28-year-old victim paralyzed, the report said.
She pleaded guilty to the charges in May, the report said.

The accused shooter, Jose Alejandro Delacruz, 22 of Richmond, is awaiting trail, according to the report.
Rodriguez’s criminal history includes robbery and assault charges, the report said.
