San Anselmo Police: Lost Dogs, Domestic Violence, Lock Changed

Sunday, July 17
Noise: There was a loud group at Memorial Park at 1:39 a.m. Officer checked the area and it was clear.
Family Disturbance: A resident heard an altercation between subjects at Oak Springs and Woodside Drives at 2:52 a.m. Officers responded and counseled the two subjects, who had an altercation.

Grand Theft: There was equipment stolen from a business on San Anselmo Avenue.
Animal: A dog was wandering in the street at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Bolinas Road at 2:09 p.m. Humane Society took custody of the dog.

Reckless Driving: There was a reckless driver on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard at 4:03 p.m.
Animal: A resident reported a lost dog in Memorial Park around 5:40 p.m. Owner was contacted.
Sleeper: A subject was sleeping in a car on Richmond Road at 10:36 p.m.
Domestic Violence: A man was arrested for domestic violence on Forbes Avenue at 11:24 p.m. He was booked into the county jail.
Saturday, July 16
Disturbing the Peace: There was a physical altercation on Greenfield Avenue at 12:58 a.m.
Noise: There was loud music on Spruce Avenue at 12:27 p.m.
Animal: A dog wandering in the street on San Anselmo Avenue at 1:41 p.m. was reunited with its owner.
Fraud: A resident reported a fraud on her credit card.
Citizen Assist: A lost child was reunited with his parents at San Anselmo and Belle Avenues at 4:35 p.m.
Hit and Run: A resident reported a car struck his house on Foothill Road the night before and caused significant damage.
Municipal Code Violation: There were fireworks in the area of Crescent Road and Woodland Avenue at 9:05 p.m.
Barking Dog: There was a dog barking on Jordan Avenue at 9:21 p.m.
Noise: There was a loud party on Crescent Road at 9:23 p.m.
Barking Dog: A dog was barking on Skyline Road at 10:08 p.m. and a notice was left for the owners.
Service on Suspended Driver’s License: A driver was cited and served with suspension papers at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Shaw Drive at 11:57 p.m.
Friday, July 15
Missing Person: A resident reported a runaway juvenile, who was located later in the day.
Reckless Driving: There was a speeding vehicle on Oak Avenue at 5:24 p.m.
Suspicious Circumstances: A resident reported the lock on her storage unit had been changed on San Anselmo Avenue.
Accident – No Injury: There was a non-injury collision on Bolinas Avenue at 9:39 p.m.
Suspicious Circumstances: Two juveniles were on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard with what appeared to be a machine gun at 11:21 p.m. The juveniles were taken into custody for possession of an airsoft gun. They were released to parents.
