San Anselmo Town Council Weighs Trash Rate Hike
Marin Sanitary Service for a 2.88 percent rate increase for refuse collection and recycling services.
SAN ANSELMO, CA — San Anselmo’s Town Council will consider a trash rate hike at a meeting this week.
The council will hold a public hearing at Tuesday’s 7 p.m. meeting to consider a request by Marin Sanitary Service for a 2.88 percent rate increase for refuse collection and recycling services. The measure also calls for the adoption of a resolution amending the agreement setting maximum rates for the year 2022.
“The hearing will give the public an opportunity to comment on the proposed resolution,” town officials said in a statement.

“The Town Council will consider all public testimony and will then decide whether to approve the Resolution.”
