
A man who was accused of using a camera on his shoe to look up women's skirts at the Fairfax and Civic Center farmers markets accepted a plea deal Thursday, according to the Associated Press.
Nick Springer, 26, was  before walking away. A small camera was found inside his sandal.
Officers then attempted to connect Springer to a similar incident at the Civic Center farmers market in January.

Springer was charged in connection with two women at the Civic Center and one in Fairfax.Â
Following his guilty plea to a loitering charge on Thursday, the Marin Independent Journal reported that he would also be placed on probation for three years and banned from both farmers markets.

"We are thankful that the district attorney's office, after looking at all of the facts, agreed to drop those charges against Mr. Springer," said his lawyer, Brendan Hickey. "Now that those accusations are behind him, Mr. Springer is looking forward to moving on with his life as a productive and valuable member of this community."
