Sinkhole Shutters Central Marin Road

MARIN COUNTY, CA — A Central Marin road has been closed indefinitely due to a sinkhole, police said.

Center Boulevard between San Anselmo and Sycamore avenues to Bridge Avenue will be closed indefinitely, Central Marin Police said.

“Avoid the area and use alternate routes,” the agency said.

“Plan morning commutes to allow for extra time due to road closure.”

The Marin Municipal Water District, the Department of Public Works and PG&E were on the scene as of late Monday afternoon.
